Relax Inn

It's a no frills motel . Decent bed , pretty clean room , and way cheaper than all the chain hotels around here. I stay every 3 month or so and seems to be a bit nicer each stay. Also the lady at the front desk is always very friendly. Not sure what those other bad reviews are about .I just assume they expect a holiday Inn looking hotel for under $70. lol . Good luck

Have to say I like the place. All of the staff have been great and very friendly every time I've visited I say visit because it's been more like seeing others you feel at home then staying at a motel. Tracy, Nichole, Debbie, Chuckie and even the fellas john & Lance have all treated me and my pup well and aren't your standard workers. They treat you at a person not as a room number. New policy in place so alit has changed so if you are looking to stay in Lancaster but don't need the frills I recommend them. Just follow the policy in place and you'll have a good stay. I personally don't mind and I appreciate them looking out for both their motel and for my safety/comfort.

Very resemble prices. You can get rooms for a week or months. They have TV's,frigerator, mica waves in the rooms,airconditioner's. The employees are very respectful. They go out of their way to make you comfortable an make you feel at home. They keep the property very clean at all times. No trash laying around. They keep the rooms extremely clean.

Such great people. Very personable, accommodating, respectful, attentive. Property is run and treated as "home" with a family atmosphere. Updates to rooms are turning out beautifully. Truly kind with no tolerance for nonsense. Thank you for such a positive experience and great new friends made.

This motel tries its best to shed its reputation. There is a no tolerance, business professional level. Let's agree right off the rip, that the motel doesn't have a very sunny reputation to be honest. That being said, they try their best in service, and cleanliness to rise above the reputation that they have gotten in the past. I respect that, thank you, good job!

Clean, pest-free and inexpensive, I will stay here again and again.Returned and room not so clean, no tv remote, heat on 86 degrees and room smelled very musty. Had to air out room with air conditioner on and door open. Dead roaches in window sill. Cleaners could have done much better job. Microwave dirty.

I stayed for two weeks for a remote job. A few amenities include flatscreen TVs, microwave, and minifridge. Rooms are spacious and the climate control works well. Staff is nice and if you’re in a weekly rent room, they will clean your room every other day. Without many options in Lancaster, this was definitely the best choice. Thank you Relax Inn staff.

It's under new management! They are phenomenal people! They have great employee's and they are working very hard to make it a cozy family motel! It's in a great location! Lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from! They ABSOLUTELY ARE NOT infested with any type of bug! They have cable and Wi-Fi and they both work great! Nice cozy and warm rooms! This place has improved dramatically, and everyone is working hard to keep improving it!

Stayed for a couple weeks, and they are nice, and clean rooms... Nice to get away from everything... I will be visiting here the next time I need a motel... Staff is friendly...

My family of four were stuck out of our apartment due to repair needs. Our room was bare bones and dated, however it was clean and bug free. The bathroom was recently renovated and you can see the effort made by the management. The management themselves were friendly and helpful, and understanding and flexible. We wish them well in their future endeavors
